Exosome therapy is one of the most exciting developments in hair restoration medicine. While FUE and DHI techniques have reached a high level of maturity, exosomes offer a new dimension: stimulating the body's own regenerative processes to accelerate healing, improve graft survival, and promote new growth.

What Are Exosomes?

Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles — tiny particles secreted by cells to communicate with other cells. They carry proteins, lipids, RNA and growth factors that regulate tissue repair and regeneration.

In hair restoration, exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells are used. These contain a concentrated payload of growth factors including VEGF, FGF, EGF and Wnt — all of which play a direct role in hair follicle cycling and regeneration.
